All items are brand new and in original packaging. We are the manufacturer and direct seller, ensuring every product comes fresh and unused. Each item is placed in a new container with a clear label. Some products are shipped in boxes, while others may not include a box, but rest assured they are always 100% new and never used.

Heat Advisory: Shea Butter Products

Please note that our shea butter products are made with natural ingredients and are sensitive to temperature changes. During warmer months—or if you live in a hot climate—there is a possibility that the product may soften or melt during transit.

To help prevent this, we package all shea butter orders with insulation and include ice packs when necessary. However, once the package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee that it won’t be exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

If your shea butter arrives softened or melted, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate it for a short time to allow it to firm back up. This will not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
